Healthy Living Series 2026
Participate in this year’s winter class series, four events covering different topics/skill areas for supporting your well-being! All events are offered at no cost, though two of our classes this year require advance registration.
February 2 - Sourdough Bread Making, 6-8pm
Learn sourdough basics so you can make tasty, healthy, and economical bread at home. Furthermore, sourdough bread-making can grow into a hobby through which you can explore creativity and build mastery, which supports your mental health as well! Because space is limited in this hands-on class, advance registration is required.
