Additional FAQs

Is this a fitness challenge? Does my time outside have to involve physical activity?

Here at HKCF we love physical activity and fitness, but ANY time spent outside has valuable health benefits. For this challenge, an outdoor walk or run counts, but so does sitting outside to read a book on your porch, stargazing, playing, chopping wood, etc. Any time spent outside counts for this challenge.

How do prizes work?

There will be weekly and overall prizes for age group leaders, as well as drawings from all participant submissions. Prizes will be items or gift cards that encourage spending time outdoors. Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided in the Google Form.
