How many spots are available?

Given the nature of canyoneering, as well as the positive social-emotional benefits of working in a small cohort, this week-long experience is limited to 10 participants.

How will participants be selected?

Registration will be open May 1st through May 21st. After registration closes, we will fill the roster with 10 participants via random selection, as well as create an ordered waitlist via random selection.

What is the cost to participate?

Selected participants are asked to pay a $150 registration fee, but scholarships covering 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the cost are available. Do not let concerns about cost prevent you from applying!

Beyond grade level, what are the requirements for participation?

Participants must be able to attend all five days of the program (e.g., you cannot miss a day due to family vacation or other commitments). Participants and parents are also expected to complete pre- and post-surveys as part of program evaluation.

What about transportation?

Transportation will be provided by All Ways Adventure, the guide company we are working with. While we cannot provide transportation to the initial meeting location each day, we can assist in connecting parents/caregivers who may with to carpool/coordinate transportation.
